Welcome to the official web site for Environmental Simulations, Inc. (ESI) located in eastern Pennsylvania, USA. ESI specializes in software, consulting, and training for groundwater modeling.

Software:

We are the authors of the Groundwater Vistas, Aquifer^win32, and Winflow
software. You will likely see these software packages advertised on other web sites ’ those are operated by our network of distributors. We are the ones, however, that create this software and offer you the best technical support in the business.

Consulting:

All consulting services are provided by Jim and Doug Rumbaugh, with a combined 50 years of groundwater modeling experience. We provide a range of services from complete flow & transport modeling, model calibration, uncertainty analysis, assistance with your projects, and customized software development.

Seminars:

Jim Rumbaugh teaches seminars several times per year. These seminars include an Introduction to Groundwater Modeling and an Advanced Groundwater Modeling seminar. The introductory seminar covers all aspects of flow & transport modeling using our Groundwater Vistas software. The advanced seminar focuses on use of Pest with pilot points for model calibration. I also cover uncertainty analysis and optimization techniques. The dates of our next seminars are shown below. I also can customize a seminar for your staff and offer it at your facilities.
